What do metabolism and organization have in common?

They’re both as unique as your fingerprints!

What fitness trainers and professional organizers know is that YOU are unique.  Your body type, your personality and work style are like no one else’s.  That’s why specific workouts have different effects on different people – metabolic rates vary widely and we now know how important it is to focus on the individual.

It’s the same with organization.  Your concept of order has a lot to do with how you were raised, your personality type and energy level.

So what works for others may not work for you.  Your friend may lose 5 lbs after a 30 minute power walk while you spend hours at the gym and release nary an ounce.  You struggle to stay organized while the UPO’s (Unidentified Piled Objects) continue to threaten your space and your sanity.

Cookie cutter approaches don’t work for lifestyle fitness.  But baby action steps do.  It may take some time to uncover the solution that’s right for you, but the important thing is not to give up!  We do it one move at a time and the results are nothing short of amazing.

Health, energy and confidence are your God given right!  You deserve a radical, on fire, purpose driven life unencumbered by the weight of your clutter.

So don’t despair if you haven’t found just exactly the right solution.  Keep trying, be flexible and keep moving forward.  One step at a time yields amazing results.  And you’re worth it!   :)
